    Complete electrical failure on start

    I have an Optimax 250 2004 and when I turn the ignition I lose all electrical power. The only way to get power again is to disconnect the battery and re-connect. The overheat alarm was going off so I changed both thermostats and the water pump. Then I was running again to check the overheat...
