    Hi again! Yamaha 60hp four stroke, high thrust.. 1400 hrs, tropical location. This motor starts, with difficulty, but sometimes the voltage on the instrument shows very low, at around 12.3 V, then Creeps up to around 13.2 but will go. no further, when normally the meter shows 14.8v.
