    Chrysler 1956 Marine M 46 crown starting problems

    I have 1956 Higgins. Took it out today and it started. It started with careful use of choke and ether. Ran it for an hour or two. Once stopped it wouldn't restart. Waited a bit for it to cool and it started. Would like to tweak engine for an easier starting. Any ideas?
