    Oil rushing from oil filler tube.

    I have a 2007 90hp mercury outboard. Stopped running and I was checking different stuff with the top off and when I checked the oil it came rushing out of the filler tube. Any ideas as to what would cause this. Water/gas in the block maybe. What could’ve broken??? Need help. Thanks

    2008 mercury 90hp

    I have a 90 hp mercury outboard. It wouldn’t start so I was checking different things and when I pulled the dip stick to check the oil. Oil came rushing for the tube. It had a little gas smell as well. Could this be gas or water in the block. If so what would cause this. Any help is appreciated
