    Lower unit and water pump housing torque settings for 2016 Mercury 9.9 Pro Kicker?

    I am getting mixed views on torque settings for lower unit and water pump impeller housing bolts on a 2016 9.9 hp Mercury Pro Kicker? Some I have talked to said should be torqued and others say no. Can any Mercury mechanic verify if yes and what torque settings. Thanks for any input.
