    2002 f115 four stroke PTT

    Haven't used boat in 3 mon Haven't used boat in 3 months. Engine is in locked up position. Tried to cycle the engine up to release lock and nothing happened. PTT motor sounds like it is working but no movement with engine. Battery is fully charged. Any suggestions on the problem???
