    Got a 1983, 115 Evinrude, 4cylinder the rectifier doesn't appear to be putting out, ( checked the voltage at the battery before starting motor, 12.53v. while motor is at fast idle 12.56) at WOT it spits and spudders will not plane the boat out, wondering if the rectifier and or the voltage...
