    2005 Johnson 70 Hp won't trim down

    I have since swapped the blue and green wires to confirm boat trim. It now trims down but not up. This should confirm that the down relay is the problem. Am I correct?

    Motor won't trim down. I have replaced 2 switches and can hear the motor click when I press to trim down. Motor trims up with no issue. I'm thinking the down relay is toast. How can I test to confirm it?
