    74 Mercury 20 hp, to much slop

    Looking for some info, after buying a merc 20 hp the other day, i was cleaning the carb and noticed that the throttle does not seem to open up. when you turn the handle on the tiller i noticed a lot of play in the linkage, is there an a adjustment? Or how do i fix the issue? thanks for the help
