    coolant coming out of heat exchainger cap ???

    I just did a top end on my 454 marine power. Now when I tested the engine out of the boat I set the timing at 4000 rpm 32 degrees, when I let the throttle back down coolant comes out ths heat exchainger cap only for about 3 seconds and then stops could this just be a bad cap? or maybe blown head...
