    2006 9.9 , where do I locate the exhaust idle relief ports?

    2006 9.9 4 stroke won't start

    so far I've rebuilt the fuel pump, cleaned the carb ,new fuel lines it will start on first pull run for a bit then quit there is still fuel getting to the carb but won't start again after it quits im not sure now if I'm looking at an ignition problem now, what do i look for now?

    I'm rebuilding my fuel pump on my 2006 merc 9.9 can someone help me,i don't know how to remove the diaphragm part from the pump
