    Please Help With Getting Gimabal Bearing Out 1979 140

    I am trying to pull the gimbal bearing from a 1979 mercruiser 140. However, it does not look like the bearing pulls out from the outside of the boat. It says it does in the service manual and everything I have read online. Are there any models that must be pulled from inside. Any suggestions...
