    alpha drive stuck up

    i have a mercuiser 3.0 with alpha out drive after tuning it up for summer and starting I raised the out drive(it was in down position) Now it won't go down. I have tried someone pushing down on drive while I hit the down switch.. No luck. I can hear the pump run wesather I push the switch up or...
