    volvo penta 60hp starts first time but wont move when put in gear

    hi i have a volvo penta 60hp which will fire up first time every time.when its put in the barrel it works in forward and reverse but when i take it in the sea and try to put it in forward or reverse it loses all power and cuts out.it will stand and tick over no problem just wount go anywere...
