    Hello, My boat, 1990 Bayliner Capri with a 90 115hp Johnson, had a loss of power. As it was near the end of the season here I took the boat out of the water and winterized it. I removed the plugs to spray some WD-40 into the cylinders. As you can see from the pic, my port plugs are clean...
