    120hp merc trim tilt stuck down

    I have a 1979 120hp 4 cyl, in a 16' open bow, and the outdrive tilth trim is stuck down. I saw a ford type starter solenoid, and cleaned he connections---the pump motor works. reading posts a other sites tells me there are more solenoids relays-- one for up and one for down. ay advise on...
