    Does anyone know what year is this motor? ~ MARINER 60 675 L 302386

    I need to find a manual for this. Here is one of the problems. It will run fine with a hose hooked up and submerged in a bucket of water. but at lake, if it starts, will only stay running at full throttle... what could be wrong?
