    Canbt get the right speed

    "My engines are running fine, "My engines are running fine, the bottom is clean, the shafts and the props are clean. Top end 43,000 rpm. At 3,000 rpm I'm only getting 13 or 14 knots, which normally I would be getting 19 or 20. Anyone have any ideas of what else I can check for?"
