    Q? Water Tube Removal 1999 Johnson 200

    After I pull the power head can I access the removal of the water tube with out removing the two big bolts into the steering arm? I'm hoping to leave the motor on the boat. Parts needed? The tube, upper grommet, one gasket between powerhead and housing. Thank you.
