    Won’t run full out

    I have a 1993 tracker with a 9.9 evinrude .rebuilt carb put a coil on then it ran perfect for about 10 minutes then down to half throttle. Next I put a control box on it would not run full throttle at all this time.I don’t know what to do.

    1993 evinrude 9.9 electric start

    It blows the inline fuse when i crank the motor over with the plugs in.
