    90 evinrude carb

    hi all, I have a 90 rude 9.9 e10elesc. plastic top of carb is cracked! found a nos carb #0436880 will it fit? also the replacement carb appears to be missing low speed idle screw. were they sold without one. can I use old one from my broken one? anxious to hear something! thanks.
