    Tachometer on '06 Mercury 60hp 4 stroke

    Tach on my 2006 Mercury 60hp 4 stroke has been showing false RMP readings and bounces all over the place. Gotten worse lately. At fast idle of maybe 1500 rmp's, it will show anywhere 3000 to 5000 rpm's. Is this caused by a bad sensor or what? Thanks!

    Oil & water collecting in flywheel compartment 2000 75 hp

    2000 Honda BF75 (4 stroke) , has water & oil mixture collecting in bottom engine compartment that houses flywheel. Can't figure out where water or oil is coming from. Water has ruined 2 starters so far. Oil in crank case is clean and at proper level, so oil doesn't seem to be coming from...
