    2015 Evinrude 250 Etech Starts but won't throttle up?

    Engine will start right up and idles fine, but when putting the throttle to it. It just bogs down and does not rev up. Also throws an alarm sound and the check engine light comes on after starting. Any ideas? Have checked oil and water pump appears to be working. The engine was recently rebuilt...
