    Tilt trim motor runs both directions but motor doesn't budge

    I went to trim up the motor and it moved a little going up then stopped. It moved going down. I checked the fluid level and it was full. I figured something inside the trim motor may have failed even though it ran. I ordered a replacement and installed it. Runs up and down, but the motor doesn't...
