    having fits trying to unlock the tilt and tilt engine 1992 48hp johnson not electic tilt but assist

    The pointy lock unlock/tilt lever is moving the 'rod' about a centimeter (less than half an inch,little more than a quarter inch) I can't get the motor to move it is locked I can't find a way to tilt motor up it's been several days now help appreciated
