    I have a 1991 40 magnum 2 stroke 4 cylinder. It had been sitting for about 5 years. Just got it back from the shop for a new power pack. Carbs cleaned as well. Took it to the ramp and it fired right up. It would bog down after about half throttle so I initially thought it was high speed jets...
