    98 johnson fast strike problem

    i have taken boat to 2 differe i have taken boat to 2 different shops due to bad performance out of the hole and top end. i can get out in the morning motor will run fine when i run down the river. restart to take off again i lose 800 rpms off the top and boat doesn't want to get up on the pad...
