    has anyone had or know of the cast iron sleeve turn inside the al block and can it be fixed cheep or do i just throw it out and buy a new motor

    3hp 2stoke wont run at full throttle

    got it off my step son cheep as he was running it with out water replaced water pump and impeller and that was fine come the big day out on the river for a bit of quite fishing and nothing above half throttle stripped and cleaned the carb checked spark and gap all fine but still no full throttle...

    old 4hp twin cylinder merc

    was given an old 4hp merc but cant find any useful info on it all i can tell you is that it is a twin cylinder Belgium with s/n 9189380 and a blue band anything would help as it doesnt run properly when its hot doesnt idle and water is not running threw in steady stream have replaced...
