    Temporary loss of power

    My 4 year old 25hp 4 stroke EFI loses rpms for a few seconds then revs back up to normal. This happens several times a minute. I've checked the fuel, filter, and fuel lines and all are fine. Any idea what could be causing the temporary loss of power?
