    1971 EvinRude 6hp

    Hello Everyone, I have a 6hp Evinrude that has no power. I rebuilt the carbueretor and it is clean as a whistle. Does not matter what position the throttle is in, still slugish. Once in a great while it will rev up and act normal for a split second then no power. Could this be a points problem?
