    Plate under carbs on aq151

    I've pulled carbs on 4 different b230 motors and they all had these plates . Few having them in different positions, 1 only had only 1 plate, but wasn't the aq171.

    Does anyone know what those plates under the carbs on duel carb aq151 are for? Looks like a restrictor type plate? thank
