    Riser Gaskets

    I am not sure how the upper gaskets should be on my exhaust risers. The bottom gaskets I am sure about, PORT is UN-Restricted, STARBOARD is RESTRICTED. My question is the top gaskets... I'm pretty sure they should match the bottoms but wanted to ask someone before I torque them down. Shown here...

    What is this part ?

    Thanks everyone !!! I took apart the exhaust this morning and they are melted ! I will remove the upper portion of the outdrive and check for debris in the exhaust also. I never knew about these items, they are not shown in SELOC repair manual. Thanks BTDOCTUR and DOCKSIDEMARINESERVICES !!!

    What is this part ?

    I removed the lower unit on my alpha one gen 2 out drive and found this part. I don't know what it is or where it goes. I hope someone can help.
