    Sorry durf, I’m not much of a mechanic. I have an 00 Johnson 90. Is your motor a J90plsse? Have you had any oiling issues with vro system? Trying to diagnose an over oiling issue here.

    2000 Johnson 90

    I have 2000 Johnson 90 that is using excessive amount of oil and fouling out spark plug on # 4 cylinder. Is the vro going bad or has fuel pump crapped out. I am contemplating converting over fuel pump and mixing my own fuel due to the cost of a new fuel pump. Anyone have any input?
