    carb bowls empty 1973 65 hp Johnson 65ES73R

    I'm a newbie to forum and boat repairs. Bought a 73 Johnson 65 hp (65ES73R) that has sat used for years. Compression is 110 across all 3 cyl and ran momentarily with help of firestart. I rebuilt all 3 carbs after soaking in carb cleaner and noted then that all three bowls were empty as expected...
