    Tried this yesterday. I got the circlip out and pushed the shaft up but it wouldn’t turn for me? Any ideas? Thanks for all the help.😊👍

    Thanks for that. The thrust washer is there and I bought a new circlip but it doesn’t sound right, so I’ll have a look at it and report back

    Hi I unfortunately did the exact same thing and gears aren’t right afterwards. Could you explain further how to redline please mate? Also I can’t see where #13 goes? I’ve replaced #54. Cheers for any and all help

    Tgsnks for that. Do you have to remove the mid section to change them? I’m guessing yes and is there anything I need to be weary of if I remove it? Cheers

    Hi I have checked water pump and housing both brand new. She’s pumping water but looks a bit weak. I’ve changed both thermostats, 3 water sensors and the popppet valve. Cheers

    I’ve been reading that there is a grommet that can be replaced in the mid section? Can someone show me where it is please and do you have to remove the mid section to replace it? Attached is a pic of mine.
