    Intermitent tachometer

    "Hi all, I have a '96 merc "Hi all, I have a '96 mercury 150 hp XRi and my tach is intermitent. I have changed out the gauge and read out the rectifier and swapped grey wire to other rectifier. One start it works next it doesn't. Hope someone has some ideas. Thanks"
