    85hp Mercury Outboard 1974

    Hello, I just bought a boat this season and it has on it an 85hp Thunderbolt Ignition Outboard. The motor starts up and runs fine but with the throttle pinned all the way I am lucky if it is doing 10-15mph. Is there some way to adjust the throttle and if so how do I go about doing it? Thanks...
