    1992 Evinrude 40 hp power tilt

    I have a 40 hp Evinrude outboard motor with power tilt. Recently the hydraulic lift has been leaking oil thru the seal at the top. I took it to a mechanic and he said it would be expensive to fix and if it were him he would just add oil before each time I used it. That has been working fine...
