    1985 Evinrude 15HP, pull start red paul spring location?

    Finished rebuilding the carburetor, but I seem to have misplaced the location of this little spring, like where it's supposed to go, and how the red thing that keeps the pull start from pulling, is supposed to work. Any ideas? Thanks!
