    1969 merc 200 20hp phelon flywheel magneto no fire

    I have installed new points,condensers,has good compression,does stop button have any effect on firing as the push part is missing,magnets are strong on flywheel,is it possible for both coils to be bad? Can't afford to guess....any help appreciated.
