    I have a 1993 Cobra I/O 5.0L. When I hook the muffs up the impeller draws water and cools the engine. When I drop the outdrive into a large bucket of water it does not suck the water up into the impeller or into the engine....obviously causing the engine temp to rise. Any ideas what is...
