    6hp yamaha 4 stroke missfiring/shaking at higher rpm

    I have the exact same problem with my yamaha 6hp 4stroke that I bought used. mine revs good up to 40% then just sounds like it is sucking air if I put any more throttle. Mine too goes about 8mph. can the rev limiter be replaced or taken out?
