    2006 40hp problems cold

    Hey guys, I have a 2006 mercury 40hp 4stroke. The problem i have is when running cold I only have about 2/3 power after about 30 min it kicks into 100%. The difference is about 10mph at full throttle. I have felt it kick in and there was a noticeable jolt. There is no rough idle no alarms...
