    over heating alarm

    I recently changed engines 78 115 to a 96 115 evinrude the electrical plug appeared to be the same. I used the old plug and it worked, but 1 hour later the over heating alarm went off. I checked the temp of the watter comming out and it was maybe 100 deg. nothing felt hot. IM not using the vro...
