    New to boating

    "i bought a 1990 15 ft raycraf "i bought a 1990 15 ft raycraft about 4 months ago with out a motor, then about 2 weeks ago i bought a 1972 johnson 40 hp. the boat had a suzuki 55hp on it before. when i finaly got to take it out yesterday the boat only does about 20 mph is this about right...
