    i have a 1980s 115hp mariner outboard i used to have a little problem takin off not as good as it used to now it just revs all the way up and goes maybe 5 mph it just wont move i am wondering what u think is wrong with it? i dont know much about motors as im only 17 and bought boat a few years...
