    2003 9.8 hp 2 stroke nissan will not run wide open

    I have a 9.8 2 stroke nissan outboard motor I bought around 2003 new. Cranks on first pull and runs in slow speed. But when you give full throttle it just bogs down and runs in slow speed. I have change fuel line, new gas, and cleaned carborator. What could be causing this
