    2002 yamaha 150xtra sticks in reverse

    So when I greased the engine, I manually moved the cable end back and forth in the bracket (to work the grease in)...I'm guessing that I shouldn't have done that and popped the cable? Now the engine stays in reverse...even when the neutral safety is engaged. Any tips on troubleshooting...
