    hello new to forum need help with a 96 200 merc efi. wont get up and go. starts, idles. put motor on 21 checkmate go fast last year. ran well. this season not so much. figure some old gas mixed with new. changed all hoses and filters. water separator filter half water. has good spark. new plugs...
