    I have a 1973 Mercury 7 1/2hp I have a 1973 Mercury 7 1/2hp that wont start unless you spray some 2 cycle or put a piece of tape over the front of the carb. I rebuilt the carb and fuel pump. The choke looks like it closes properly but doesnt create enough suction to fire the motor...
